Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates must possess:A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred. Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in behavioral therapy or working with children with autism is an advantage.
