Utilizing evidence-based techniques, you'll help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while also minimizing challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. We provide extensive training to ensure you are well-prepared to support each child's unique journey, regardless of prior experience.
As an RBT, you'll need to be physically active, ready to engage in activities that may involve standing, walking, lifting, or carrying children and objects weighing up to 50 pounds. This role is perfect for those who enjoy movement and the dynamic nature of working with children.
