Role Overview
As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will engage in one-on-one support with children in home, school, or clinical settings. You will implement ABA programs under the supervision of a certified BCBA, contributing to meaningful improvements in the lives of the children you work with.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy as directed by the BCBA
- Adhere to treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Maintain accurate session data and documentation
- Foster skill development and reinforce positive behaviors
- Collaborate and communicate progress with your clinical team
