In this inspiring role, you'll work directly with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based methods to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors. We are seeking individuals who are committed to helping children with autism achieve their fullest potential.
The ideal candidate will exhibit patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and prepared to support each child, regardless of prior experience. Please note that this role may require physical activity, such as standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
