As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one support to children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will utilize proven, evidence-based techniques to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively minimizing disruptive behaviors.
The ideal candidates will be deeply committed to helping children with autism achieve their fullest potential. Patience, compassion, and strong teamwork abilities are essential traits for this position. We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to help each child, regardless of your prior experience. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be engaging with active children, which may involve standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
