About the job
Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a vital role in transforming the lives of children with autism. We are seeking passionate individuals who are eager to make a difference.
As an RBT, you will work directly with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will involve employing evidence-based methods to enhance communication, social, and everyday living skills while minimizing disruptive behaviors.
Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic about supporting children with autism in achieving their maximum potential. The role requires patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this opportunity accessible even to those without prior experience. Candidates should be prepared for the physical demands of the job, which may include standing, walking, bending, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
After each day, you will leave knowing you've positively impacted the lives of children and their families. If you're ready to join a team committed to making a difference, we encourage you to apply to become a Registered Behavior Technician with us!
