We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this rewarding position, you will have the chance to positively impact the lives of children with autism and their families.
Your role will involve working closely with children on a one-to-one basis, executing tailored behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will apply evidence-based methodologies to foster communication, enhance social skills, and support daily living activities while minimizing challenging behaviors.
Candidates should have a deep-seated commitment to empowering children with autism to achieve their fullest potential. The ideal candidate will possess patience, empathy, and the ability to function effectively within a collaborative team environment. We offer extensive training to ensure you are well-prepared to support each child, regardless of previous experience. Given the dynamic nature of working with children, you must be physically agile, comfortable with various movements including standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting, and able to carry weights up to 50 pounds when necessary.
