As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children on a one-on-one basis, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will apply evidence-based strategies to teach essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and daily living, while also addressing and reducing any challenging behaviors.

Patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential attributes for success in this role. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel prepared and confident in your position, even if you do not have prior experience. This role can be physically demanding, requiring you to be comfortable with various movements including standing, walking, bending, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
