About the job
Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a significant impact in the lives of children with autism. We are seeking passionate individuals who are eager to help children reach their fullest potential.
In this fulfilling role, you will work directly with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will employ evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.
The ideal candidate will possess patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring that you are well-equipped to support each child's unique needs, even if you lack prior experience. Due to the unpredictable nature of working with children, this position requires physical stamina, as you may need to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
At the end of each day, you will leave knowing that you have made a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Become part of a committed team that is transforming lives for the better. Apply today to embark on your journey as a Behavior Technician!
