In this rewarding position, you will work directly with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your expertise in evidence-based techniques will help foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors. Ideal candidates are those who are enthusiastic about supporting children with autism to achieve their utmost potential, and who possess qualities such as patience, empathy, and teamwork.
We offer thorough training to equip you with the skills necessary to ensure each child’s success. While experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. As this role can be physically demanding, you should be comfortable with activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
