About the job
Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals who want to help children reach their full potential.
As an RBT, you will engage in one-on-one sessions with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will possess patience, compassion, and a strong team spirit. We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills, even if you are new to this field. Please note that working with children can be unpredictable and physically demanding; hence, you should be comfortable with various physical activities, including standing, walking, kneeling, lifting, and carrying objects or children weighing up to 50 pounds.
At the end of the day, you will leave knowing that you have profoundly influenced the lives of children and their families. Join Centria Autism today and embark on a rewarding journey as a Behavior Technician!
