Your role will involve utilizing evidence-based methods to foster communication, social skills, and daily living skills while effectively managing and reducing challenging behaviors. We are seeking candidates who possess a genuine enthusiasm for helping children reach their fullest potential. Patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit are essential traits for success in this role.
No prior experience is necessary, as we provide thorough training to equip you for success. However, it's important to be physically capable of engaging with active children, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. At the end of each day, you will leave knowing that you contributed positively to a child's life and their family.
