In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your focus will be on using evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are dedicated to helping children achieve their maximum potential and possess qualities such as patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
We offer comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to assist each child, even if you are new to the field. This role can be physically demanding, requiring you to engage actively with children, which may involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
