About the job
Join our passionate team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a transformative impact in the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding position, you will provide individualized support to children, implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your role will involve applying evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living skills, while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are not only eager to support children with autism but also demonstrate patience, compassion, and teamwork.
No prior experience? No problem! We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed. However, be prepared for a dynamic environment; children can be unpredictable, and you may need to engage physically, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
At the end of each day, you will leave knowing you have made a substantial difference in a child's life and their family. Become part of a committed team that is dedicated to changing lives for the better. Apply now to embark on your journey as a Registered Behavior Technician!
