About the job
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Join our team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of children and their families.
As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children on a one-on-one basis, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will utilize evidence-based techniques to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively managing and reducing interfering behaviors.
This role requires individuals who are patient, compassionate, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to support each child's unique needs. However, be prepared for the dynamic nature of working with children, which may require physical activity such as standing, walking, kneeling, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
At the end of each day, you will leave knowing you’ve made a significant impact in a child’s life. Take this opportunity to join a dedicated team that is committed to changing lives for the better. Apply today to embark on your rewarding journey as a Behavior Technician!
