About the job
Join our passionate team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a vital role in transforming the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding position, you will provide one-on-one support to children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living skills, while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek dedicated individuals who are not only compassionate but also thrive in collaborative environments.
We believe in nurturing talent and will provide you with comprehensive training, even if you're new to the field. This role requires physical stamina as you may need to stand, walk, bend, and, at times, lift or carry children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds. If you're motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and are ready for the challenges and joys of working with children, we encourage you to apply!
