As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Using proven techniques, you will teach essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and daily living, while also addressing challenging behaviors.
We are looking for candidates who are not only enthusiastic about supporting children with autism but also possess the patience and compassion necessary for this rewarding work. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills needed to thrive in this role, regardless of your prior experience. Physical stamina is essential, as you will be actively engaged with clients, which includes standing, walking, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.
