About the job
We invite passionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). In this fulfilling role, you will have the chance to profoundly impact the lives of children with autism.
As an RBT, you will engage in one-on-one interactions with children, executing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will employ evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills while mitigating challenging behaviors.
We seek candidates who are dedicated to helping children with autism realize their full potential. The ideal candidate will embody patience, compassion, and teamwork. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared to support each child, regardless of prior experience. This role involves physical activity, as our clients are active; therefore, comfort with standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds is essential.
At the end of each day, you will leave knowing you have made a significant difference in the lives of children and their families. Join us and be part of a committed team dedicated to making positive changes in the world. Apply now to embark on your journey as a Behavior Technician with Centria Autism!
