• Hours: Full-time (38.5 hours/week, nights + overtime available)
Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse Role:
• Deliver holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of clients, employing a person-centred approach.
• Advocate for service users’ choices, promoting their independence, dignity, privacy, and rights.
• Foster strong professional relationships with service users and their families.
• Provide support to fellow nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory obligations, policies, and procedures.
• Represent and promote Stratton Mills positively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create tailored care and development plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing and care documentation.
• Assist in the safe ordering, storage, and administration of medications.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active NMC registration (Nursing and Midwifery Council Pin).
• Commitment to upholding the NMC Code of Conduct.
• Strong time management and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare policies and regulations.
