Efficiently obtain and document all written and verbal orders, ensuring telephone order forms are completed accurately.
Communicate any changes in resident status to the physician and responsible parties promptly.
Provide leadership and mentorship to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Timely complete all necessary paperwork for new admissions, including comprehensive nursing assessments.
Prepare and administer medications and treatments as required.
