In this role, you will work in the Acute Care Adult Telemetry Unit (9 West), which features advanced technologies that enhance nursing care, such as patient lifts, hands-free communication, virtual whiteboards, and telemetry monitoring.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring cardiac patients and performing central line dressing changes.
- Providing wound care, managing various drains, and performing IV insertions.
- Utilizing time management and critical thinking skills while delegating tasks effectively.
As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
