The Opportunity:
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Registered Plans Administrator within our Operations Team.
As a key member of our team, reporting to the Supervisor of Registered Plans, you will oversee the processing of requests for registered plan products across CIRO (formerly IIROC and MFDA) platforms.

What Your Day Looks Like:
- Administering registered plan products and processing various requests including de-registration, unlocking, and specialized withdrawals.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines for registrations, contributions, and withdrawals related to RESPs, RSPs, TFSAs, RIF accounts, and FHSA.
- Investigating, responding to, and resolving all inquiries related to registered plans within Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines, while escalating issues requiring management intervention.
