Join Our Team as a Regulatory Compliance Officer II
In this pivotal role, you will provide vital operational and administrative support to our Regulatory Compliance department. You will assist in the creation, formatting, and upkeep of compliance-focused e-learning materials while aiding in the daily administration of our Learning Management System (LMS). Collaborating closely with senior team members, you will ensure the precise execution, monitoring, and documentation of mandatory compliance training initiatives. This position is designed for early to intermediate professionals (P2-09) who thrive in structured environments and are eager to develop their skills in training operations and compliance processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create and format compliance e-learning modules utilizing approved tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Vyond, adhering to established templates and standards.
- Update e-learning content in accordance with directives and changes in regulations or policies from the Compliance team.
- Manage LMS tasks including user account creation, enrollment procedures, access rights configuration, and addressing basic system inquiries.
- Upload, publish, and maintain training materials in the LMS as per defined workflows.
- Monitor compliance training progress through standard LMS reports and compile summaries for Compliance reviews.
- Assist in preparing documentation for accreditation submissions, audits, and internal evaluations.
- Support routine testing of e-learning modules to ensure they function correctly, are accurate, and formatted properly.
- Address basic training-related inquiries and escalate issues to senior members when necessary.
- Organize and maintain training records and documentation in shared folders and designated repositories.
