Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with backend Relativity 2022 or earlier.At least 3 years of practical experience in archiving Relativity workspaces.Minimum 3 years of experience in restoring Relativity archive workspaces.Strong knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.

CGS Federal is on the lookout for a dedicated Relativity Archiving Analyst. This pivotal role involves assessing Relativity workspaces and file share folders, with the objective of archiving or purging outdated data. You will manage the transition of file shares to designated archive locations and ensure the proper archiving of Relativity workspaces utilizing both Relativity ARM and a flat format that allows for complete restoration in Relativity or alternative systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on data and file disposition.
- Archive older file shares effectively.
- Manage the archiving of complete Relativity workspaces using ARM.
- Archive various formats including images, natives, and text.
- Ensure the archiving of metadata, coding fields, choices, and tags in a flat format.
- Document user interface interactions comprehensively.
- Detail the archiving process for approval by the Senior IT Manager.
- Evaluate and resolve any archiving-related issues.
