Relativity Archiving Analyst

CGS Federal is in search of a skilled Relativity Archiving Analyst who will play a critical role in managing and organizing Relativity workspaces and file share folders. The analyst will be tasked with archiving or purging data as necessary, ensuring that file shares are transitioned to designated archive locations. The archiving of Relativity workspaces will be executed utilizing both Relativity ARM and a flat format, allowing for complete restoration within Relativity or other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on data/file disposition.
- Archive older file shares and full Relativity workspaces using ARM.
- Archive various data types including images, natives, and text.
- Maintain metadata and coding fields while archiving in flat format.
- Document user interface and archiving processes for review and approval by the Senior IT Manager.
- Assess and troubleshoot any archiving-related issues.
