CGS Federal is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Relativity Subject Matter Expert (SME) to become an integral part of our dynamic team in Boston. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our experienced eDiscovery professionals and directly with Relativity’s staff to tackle software-specific challenges. You will be responsible for critical testing of Relativity software releases and for the configuration of templates, views, scripts, and workflows that enhance productivity across various workspaces or entire divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer advanced-level support and guidance in the utilization of Relativity to attorneys, investigators, and Litigation Support Specialists.
- Conduct specialized data culling and identification within Relativity, leveraging complex searches and custom indices for litigation holds and various DOE/OGC/OIG matters.
- Collaborate with the CFTC's technical support group to resolve user access issues, performance lags, and installation challenges.
- Engage directly with Relativity’s staff as necessary to address software-specific queries.
- Play an essential role in the testing of new Relativity software releases and in setting up templates, views, scripts, and workflows across multiple workspaces.
- Maintain proficiency in all features of Relativity and its analytics tools by staying informed about software updates, integrations, and plugins, as well as actively participating in the Relativity User Portal.
- Advocate for new features suggested by CFTC staff for inclusion in Relativity by submitting ideas through the Relativity User Portal and engaging with industry professionals to promote these initiatives.
