YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide compassionate and exceptional care to every patient and client.
- Perform basic to intermediate nursing tasks, including patient monitoring and treatments.
- Utilize your understanding of common diseases, physical assessments, and monitoring parameters to effectively triage incoming patients.
- Administer medications via subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous routes, while being aware of potential side effects.
- Set up, monitor, and administer intravenous fluid therapy, including constant rate infusions and blood transfusions.
- Collaborate as a team member for both incoming outpatient and ongoing inpatient care.
- Participate in patient rounds to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Receive training to competently execute all aspects of CPR as a RECOVER Certified Rescuer.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and uphold VEG's mission.
