YOUR ROLE
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to every patient and client.
- Perform essential nursing duties including patient monitoring and administration of treatments.
- Utilize your knowledge of common veterinary conditions to effectively triage incoming patients.
- Administer medications via subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous routes, being mindful of potential side effects.
- Set up and monitor intravenous fluid therapies, including blood transfusions.
- Actively participate in outpatient care and ongoing inpatient treatments.
- Engage in patient rounds to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Complete CPR training to become a RECOVER Certified Rescuer.
- Assist in various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
