Salary Range: 1200 AUD - 1500 AUD per month
Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Working Hours: This position will align with Australian business hours (approximately 10 AM - 6 PM AEST, Monday to Friday) to facilitate collaboration.

Client Overview:
Our client is an emerging accounting services firm dedicated to providing high-quality support in accounting, tax, and advisory services. We are looking for a committed Remote Administrative Assistant to assist our team and clients with essential administrative and secretarial responsibilities.
Role Summary:
This position is perfect for an individual who is organized, dependable, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and the capability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting professionals in Australian accounting firms or similar professional settings, and will be familiar with secretarial tasks, client communications, and relevant tools and platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings across various time zones.
- Communicate with clients and legal professionals regarding entity establishment, trust deed execution, and related documentation.
- Manage ASIC-related secretarial tasks including Form 484, Form 362, company renewals, and modifications to corporate records.
- Oversee and respond to emails on behalf of team members, ensuring effective and professional communication.
- Maintain and update internal databases and document registries.
- Draft, review, and format documents and correspondence with precision.
- Provide administrative support to team members across various departments.
- Assist with basic e-marketing and social media scheduling or content management.
- Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and accurate record-keeping at all times.

- Prior experience or exposure to e-marketing or social media management preferred.
