As a Concierge Service Representative (CSR) at Longbridge Financial, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales opportunities for our Retail Sales team. You will achieve this by handling inbound calls from customers seeking information about our reverse mortgage program and by proactively making outbound calls to potential clients. Be prepared to make over 100 calls daily while meeting defined production metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Initiate outbound calls to engage potential customers.
- Generate interest in the reverse mortgage program.
- Assess customer eligibility based on program guidelines (AGE, LTV, Homeowner) using a scripted format.
- Transfer qualified customers to the sales team.
- Schedule follow-up appointments.
- Send informational packets to customers.
- Document transaction notes in the Sales CRM.
