About the job
As a Concierge Service Representative (CSR) at Longbridge Financial, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales opportunities for our Retail Sales team. You will achieve this by responding to inbound inquiries from customers seeking information about our reverse mortgage program and by proactively making outbound calls to potential clients. We expect you to make over 100 calls daily and meet our established production metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls efficiently
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects
- Generate interest in the reverse mortgage program
- Qualify customers based on program criteria (AGE, LTV, Homeowner) using scripted prompts
- Transfer qualified and interested customers to the sales team
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Mail informational packets to customers
- Document each interaction in the Sales CRM
