Join the exceptional Contact Center Team at allwebleads, where we facilitate real-time connections between consumers seeking insurance products and licensed insurance agents ready to assist them. As a vital part of our team, you will serve as a concierge, ensuring interested consumers are promptly connected with agents—all from the comfort of your home. No insurance license is required, as you will not be involved in sales!
In this part-time role, you will be part of a collaborative virtual team, working alongside other members to provide a positive experience for consumers. Expect back-to-back calls with an average duration of three minutes each. You will utilize our internally developed platform to manage calls and follow scripted guidelines. We offer advancement opportunities across all departments at AWL based on performance and attendance. This is an exciting chance for enthusiastic individuals who can commit to a fixed schedule while earning extra income from home!
To begin, you will undergo two weeks of virtual training. A personal computer with a webcam is required for the initial training days. Additionally, you must have high-speed internet, an ethernet cord, a compatible headset, and a mouse. AWL will provide a laptop for your work needs.
