Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline representative for our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role involves correcting errors, coordinating with process servers, expediting orders, and providing timely updates. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure all tasks associated with customer orders are completed efficiently. This position demands strong interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, and a knack for multitasking. Note: This position is fully remote but candidates must reside in Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support tickets, answering inquiries and resolving issues related to existing orders.
- Manage a high volume of phone calls assisting customers with their orders and guiding new clients on placing online orders.
- Respond to emails addressing customer queries and concerns, as well as internal inquiries regarding orders or payments.
- Document issues and resolutions in Confluence.
- Access court dockets for information on case filings and occasionally retrieve filed documents.
- Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
