Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. This role involves correcting errors, coordinating with process servers, tracking orders, and providing timely updates. The representative collaborates with various teams to guarantee the completion of all necessary order-related tasks. Candidates must demonstrate diplomacy, quick thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully remote but applicants must reside in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer support tickets, answering questions and resolving issues regarding existing orders.
- Handle high-volume phone calls to assist current customers and guide new customers in placing orders online.
- Respond to emails, managing inquiries and concerns from customers and internal departments regarding orders or payments.
- Document issues and resolutions in Confluence.
- Access court dockets for information on case filings and occasionally retrieve filed documents.
- Perform additional job-related duties as required.
