Job Overview:
The Remote Customer Service Representative is crucial in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves correcting errors, coordinating with process servers, expediting orders, and providing timely updates. The representative collaborates with various teams to ensure all order-related tasks are completed. This position demands diplomacy, quick thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with composure. Must be located in South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets, addressing existing order inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle high-volume phone calls, assisting customers with their existing orders and guiding new customers in placing orders online.
- Manage email correspondence, addressing customer questions, internal department inquiries related to orders or payments, and queries from process servers.
- Document issues in Confluence for tracking and resolution.
- Occasionally visit court dockets for case filing information and to retrieve filed documents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
