Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of support for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure an exemplary customer experience. Your responsibilities will include correcting errors, coordinating with process servers, expediting order processing, and providing timely updates to our clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this position is remote but must be located in Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support tickets, addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders.
- Manage a high volume of phone calls to assist customers with current orders and guide new customers on placing orders online.
- Respond to customer emails, addressing queries and concerns regarding orders and payments.
- Document issues and solutions in Confluence for future reference.
- Occasionally visit court dockets for case filing information and retrieve filed papers as needed.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
