OranjeBor Energie BV is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Support Specialist to be part of our expanding global team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver outstanding assistance to our clients, oversee collections and overdue payments, manage account receivables, and act as our Escrow Representative—facilitating transactions and payments with partners and associates across your assigned region.
This role demands exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to manage financial correspondence accurately and professionally in a dynamic remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Address incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Manage collections and overdue payments, including negotiating payment plans and settlements.
- Analyze account receivable reports to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Engage with clients regarding outstanding balances, providing clear and compliant payment solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance collection efficiency and reduce delinquency rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Accounting, to resolve client issues and boost satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including payment logs and communication histories.
- Achieve or surpass monthly collections and reconciliation targets while ensuring exceptional service quality.
- Act as Escrow Representative, managing all outgoing and incoming transactions to regional partners and associates.
- Verify and process payment instructions, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and full compliance with company protocols.
- Prepare and distribute payment notices, confirmations, and remittance details.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and transaction-related errors.
- Uphold confidentiality, transparency, and compliance in all customer and partner transactions.
