Job Overview:
The Document Retrieval Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents through proprietary online platforms and tools developed by ABC Legal Services. This role requires close collaboration with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to troubleshoot issues and achieve shared objectives. Please note that this is a remote position, but applicants must reside in Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Engage in continuous training to enhance industry knowledge and process understanding
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they occur
- Assist with additional projects as assigned
