Job Overview:
The Document Retrieval Specialist plays a crucial role in our operations, reviewing and filing legal documents through our proprietary online platforms. This position requires close collaboration with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to tackle projects, address challenges, and achieve shared objectives. Please note that this is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Mississippi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and accurately file legal documents using our internal systems and email communications.
- Engage in continuous training to deepen your understanding of the industry and processes.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they occur.
- Complete additional projects as assigned by management.
