Professional and warm phone etiquette when interacting with patients. Proficient data entry skills with a knack for multitasking. Empathetic disposition with a patient-centric approach. Creative in delivering tailored education to patients, emphasizing the benefits of our care coordination program. Comfortable using various software platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype). Availability during business hours (8 am - 5:30 pm CST). Associate degree or higher. Must be based in the United States.
