We are now in search of a Remote Executive Assistant to enhance the efficiency of our C-suite executives and support our broader team!
Role Overview
As our Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination and operational excellence within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass scheduling, workflow improvement, and tackling day-to-day tasks that arise in this dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for C-suite executives and critical team members.
- Proactively enhance workflows, scheduling methodologies, and recurring processes.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including interview arrangements and candidate logistics.
- Be adept with modern tools and find joy in automating aspects of your role.
- Support team collaboration, virtual events, and occasional offsite gatherings.
- Be adaptable and ready to tackle ad hoc tasks as they arise!
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Outstanding communication and organizational capabilities.
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Enjoy navigating multiple priorities and workstreams.
- Possess keen interpersonal skills, knowing when to engage and when to step back.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup atmosphere.
- Prior experience working remotely and across time zones is an advantage.
