The Fieldwork Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing recruitment efforts for both quantitative and qualitative studies within the US market. This position involves collaborating closely with Project Managers to ensure that projects are executed according to client specifications. The Fieldwork Coordinator is responsible for managing the sampling and setup phases of the assigned projects, working alongside various team members to ensure successful project delivery.
As a key contributor in executing quantitative projects, the Fieldwork Coordinator will handle field management, develop sample strategies, and coordinate communications with respondents and vendors. This role may also include assisting with study setups and fulfilling other project-related requirements as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute comprehensive project tasks, including link setup, testing, and the distribution of study invitations through custom tools, while maintaining exclusion lists and reconciling incentives.
- Oversee sampling for allocated projects from initial internal invites to tailored recruitment efforts.
- Possess a strong understanding of project recruitment methodologies and collaborate with project assistants to optimize available resources for enhanced outcomes.
- Create detailed sampling plans for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with other teams to leverage internal sampling resources through phone recruitment, tailored emails, and bespoke recruitment strategies.
- Conduct regular project reviews and promptly inform project managers of any limitations in internal sampling strategies.
- Provide timely recruitment updates to the project management team as requested.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines as stipulated by clients.
- Develop alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient to meet project needs.
- Monitor, track, and report on sampling performance at the project level.
- Exhibit proficiency in M3's sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to effectively support project deliverables.
- Respond to Project Managers and other stakeholders’ requests in a timely manner.
- Participate in meetings with Project Managers to clarify project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Document meeting notes and distribute checklists to attendees post-meeting.
- Conduct internal or external market research pre-test/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring timely execution of interviews. This will involve direct interactions with clients and respondents.
- Track, monitor, and report on the performance of custom recruitment efforts.
- Assist Project Managers and other stakeholders as required.
