Job Overview:
As an HR Recruiter / HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's workforce. Your responsibilities will include designing effective recruitment strategies, advertising open positions, and conducting interviews with potential candidates.
- Develop recruitment plans tailored to client needs.
- Understand and analyze job requirements provided by clients.
- Source candidates through email outreach, job portals, and referrals.
- Post job advertisements and conduct mass mailings according to skill requirements and geographic locations.
- Pre-screen and shortlist candidates for client interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring effective follow-up.
- Negotiate salaries and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Track the onboarding process of new hires.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to confirm staffing plans and address candidate needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
- Prepare recruitment reports and manage the entire recruitment database.
