ROLE OVERVIEW
We are thrilled to invite a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to our fully remote team. You will engage with over 200 global team members, focusing on administrative HR tasks like data entry, reporting, auditing, and statistical analysis. As you grow in this role, you'll be expected to assume greater responsibilities. Confidentiality is crucial, given the sensitive nature of the information handled. Collaborating closely with the HR team and various departments, you will contribute significantly to the success of Wishpond Technologies Ltd.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage team member inquiries, providing clear information on processes and directing special communications appropriately.
• Generate reports and documentation for internal HR communications.
• Conduct employment background checks by reaching out to references via email.
• Perform general administrative duties including file maintenance, data entry, verification, and distribution of reports.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-3 years of administrative experience, ideally in an HR setting.
• Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficient data entry skills with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• A genuine interest in HR policies and a desire to foster a positive work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• A degree or diploma relevant to the field is preferred.
