Responsibilities:Articulate immigration concepts and devise strategic solutions for clients.Represent clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals, both for non-detained and detained individuals.Effectively manage and prioritize your caseload.Conduct intakes with detained individuals at detention centers.Prepare a wide array of immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based petitions.Review and refine immigration applications and packets.Collaborate with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community organizations to stay updated on immigration law changes.Meet potential clients for strategic consultations to develop tailored immigration strategies.Prepare clients and witnesses for court and USCIS testimonies.Provide comprehensive legal analysis to identify potential benefits for clients.Draft and submit legal briefs for various immigration matters.Qualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Immigration Law.A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to advance legal cases and manage a diverse caseload.Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian applications, EOIR processes, detained cases, Citizenship matters, and other USCIS applications.Familiarity with Case Management Software is a plus.
