Job Summary
In this fast-paced, inbound sales position, you will be a self-driven closer, adept at educating, consulting, and converting leads. Your responsibilities will include guiding prospects through virtual tours, understanding their needs, addressing objections, and securing deposits, all within a swift 1–2 week decision timeframe. You will manage pre-scheduled tours, follow-up communications, and personalized recommendations using CRM and proposal tools. If you excel in remote sales roles that incorporate consultative selling, empathy, and a sense of urgency, this inbound Account Executive role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound-qualified leads and navigate them through the virtual sales process.
- Conduct individual or group virtual tours utilizing dynamic online tools and listing pages.
- Assess customer needs and preferences (location, timeline, roommate expectations, etc.).
- Articulate the value proposition effectively, fostering rapport and overcoming objections.
- Suggest suitable apartment matches and deliver customized proposals.
- Persistently follow up across various stages (tour → application → deposit).
- Utilize Pipedrive CRM and internal tools to monitor, manage, and convert leads.
- Acquire knowledge of Boston’s neighborhoods, universities, transit systems, and leasing market to enhance sales confidence.
