Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate for this remote role will possess a strong background in customer service and demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills. As a Customer Service Specialist, you should be self-motivated and proactive in addressing customer needs and inquiries. Basic troubleshooting of the client's products and services may also be part of this role. This position is offered as an independent contractor within the Studio 613 network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of communication.
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete customer satisfaction.
