Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly driven and results-oriented Remote Pre-Sales Agent to become a vital part of our team. This position serves as the initial touchpoint for engaging potential clients and qualifying leads prior to handoff to the sales team. The ideal candidate flourishes in a remote work setting and exhibits outstanding communication and organizational skills. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Compensation:
$10.00 per hour (with $7.25 per hour during the training period)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge after the nesting period
- Capability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Must own a computer (not a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook) that meets specified minimum requirements: Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better); Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit/64-bit) or higher; RAM: 8GB or more

- High-speed internet access with a minimum download speed of 100 and upload speed of 10
