Position Overview
We are excited to welcome full-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to our team, providing vital outpatient services via our telehealth platform!

Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts! Available shift options: 9 AM - 6 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM CDT

We collaborate with both commercial health plans and serve as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider, catering to patients across all age groups.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work and appropriate licensure
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization in the United States, with no need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. We cannot support employment authorization linked to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses at this time.
A work-from-home setup that ensures patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines is essential.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Essential Skills:
In-depth understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses
Experience in treatment planning
Comfortable using technology throughout the workday, including video conferencing and electronic health records.
