Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are excited to offer a full-time position for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver remote therapy services in a dynamic telehealth environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients to evaluate their mental health needs, implement evidence-based treatment, and facilitate ongoing therapeutic support. This role is ideal for clinicians who prioritize consistent client engagement, meticulous documentation, and impactful clinical practice in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and provide ongoing therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.
- Identify client concerns, establish treatment objectives, and recommend suitable interventions.
- Create structured, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Document therapy sessions, assessments, and progress notes in a timely manner.
- Assist clients in addressing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
- Adhere to clinical standards and internal protocols.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW license in Oklahoma, in good standing.
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure is preferred.
- Proficient in providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse populations.
- Exceptional assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
